Katelyn Rossier

Katelyn Rossier is a licensed architect and visionary educator who founded mentorDINO LLC to revolutionize how the architecture profession approaches mentoring and professional development. Recognizing the critical gap between academic training and real-world practice, Katelyn observed firsthand how middle and senior-level staff were stretched thin - juggling demanding project workloads while simultaneously training the next generation of architects. With extensive experience in architectural mentorship, she has successfully led summer intern programs at firms with over 40 team members, personally interviewed and onboarded more than 20 new hires, and served in multiple mentoring capacities including career coach, NCARB supervisor, and ACE mentor.

Through mentorDINO Academy, Katelyn has transformed her years of mentoring experience into a comprehensive training platform that addresses the practical skills gap in architectural education. Her mission extends beyond simply filling knowledge gaps -she's committed to making architecture more accessible, less intimidating, and a whole lot more fun. By providing practical training solutions that ease the burden on overworked senior staff while empowering junior professionals with essential skills, she's creating a more sustainable and supportive ecosystem for the entire profession. Her work represents a fundamental shift toward more effective, scalable mentorship that benefits firms of all sizes and professionals at every stage of their careers.
